Have you ever gone in the wrong direction, like for a really long time, while you are driving and then you had to turn around? Have you ever made a mistake, a wrong turn, or a wrong decision? This matters because if you keep walking around in the dark, you won’t know where you are going, and if you don’t know where you are going, how will you get to where you want to be?
You must have a vision for your life, or else, with no vision, it’s like driving in the fog, at night, with no headlights on. You don’t know where you are going and it can be rather dangerous. We come to church so that our loves and longings are indexed toward God and His kingdom. When talking about different religions, we believe that within Christianity—robust, biblical, Christ-Centered, Christ-exalting Christianity—there are rich resources and remarkable power made available to us to deal with and solve the problem most people face including having an understanding of what is their main purpose on this Earth, to find the meaning of life and to find a solution to the brokenness and sinfulness that is in this world and in our life.
