This four-week series will delve into the grace-filled redemption that marked the lives of the most unexpected protagonists: an elderly, desolate widow and her childless, foreign daughter-in-law. The lovingkindness of the Lord, ultimately shown through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, is also present in the lives of Naomi and Ruth, despite the tragedy that marked their lives.
The book of Ruth is a testimony to the presence and love of God, even in times of crisis and despair. Our goal is that this little story would show you that God not only cares about the salvation of the world but that He cares about You. That He wants to give you hope today. That He is walking with you even if you don’t see him. That He will guide you with His hand of Providence. Just like God was looking to Redeem Ruth, He is looking to Redeem You.
